Looper Gets ‘In Cinema’ Commentary Track (Download)
First off, if you haven’t seen Looper yet, why haven’t you? Go see it. Secondly, before you do, give this commentary track a listen. It’s designed to be played on an iPod or something similar while the film is running. Rian Johnson, creator of the track, gives a great claim as to why commentary tracks need to be in cinema more often.
Johnson says:
This is an odd thing I tried with Bloom, and have gotten a few requests for it again, so here it is. It is totally different from the commentary track that will be on the Blu/DVD, a bit more technical and detailed. Needless to say, this is NOT to be listened to on a first viewing, or before you’ve seen the film. Also, please work it so that a glowing screen is never out of your pocket during the movie.
We highly suggest giving the introduction a go before heading to the theater.
